Yvar is na zijn stage en opleiding bij Fysiotherapie Ambacht als fysiotherapeut aan de slag gegaan. Yvar is zelf actief voetballer en doet de verzorging bij voetbalvereniging IFC en Groote Lindt. Daarnaast verzorgt Yvar ook de veldrevalidatie op het veld bij IFC.
